- All of Varspecs services and products can never be used within an illegal operation to assist in illegal activity.
- All account charges are the responsibility of the account.
- All account information must be kept up to date.
- Varspec is not aware of any activity by its clients. All account activity is done solely under the knowledge of the client.
- Cliens with expired special pricing can keep that special pricing.
- Current clients cannot take advantage of promotions provided after their account creation.
